Support and troubleshooting
This page gives users and reviewers a stable support URL for setup, billing, and licensing issues while the Chrome Web Store listing is being finalized.
Getting started
- Install the extension and open the side panel.
- Add your Supabase project connection details.
- Authorize Google Sheets access.
- Choose the table, filters, and destination spreadsheet.
- Export immediately or upgrade to Pro for scheduled syncs and higher row limits.
License and payment help
- If checkout succeeds, the payment success page should display your license key immediately.
- If the license key is delayed, refresh the success page after a few seconds.
- If your license does not validate in the extension, make sure the latest build points at the live Netlify backend.

Use it for setup help, license issues, payment questions, and bug reports. If you include your Stripe receipt or license key, support requests are easier to resolve quickly.
