What the product does

Supabase to Google Sheets Export is a Chrome extension that helps Supabase users export table data into Google Sheets. The extension connects directly to Supabase and Google APIs for export operations. A separate licensing backend on Netlify and Neon is used for payments, license validation, and limited usage tracking.

Information processed by the extension

• Supabase project connection details, such as project URL, connection name, and API key.
• Google authentication tokens used to write to Google Sheets.
• Export configuration choices, such as selected table, filter settings, destination spreadsheet, and schedule preferences.
• License key status and related subscription tier information.

These items are used to make the extension work. Supabase credentials and Google tokens used by the extension are stored locally in Chrome extension storage, not in the licensing database.

Information processed by the licensing and payment backend

• Stripe checkout session data needed to confirm a payment and issue a license key.
• Generated license keys and associated license tier metadata.
• Limited usage metrics such as export count, row count, extension version, and timestamps for feature enforcement and diagnostics.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Licensing and usage records are stored through Netlify Functions and Neon. The licensing backend is not used as a general-purpose store for your exported table contents.

How your information is used

• To connect your Supabase project and Google account so exports can run.
• To create spreadsheets, write exported rows, and support scheduled sync workflows.
• To validate paid licenses, apply feature limits, and generate a license key after successful payment.
• To troubleshoot operational issues and maintain the service.

Data sharing

Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the product:

• Google for Sheets and Drive access authorized by you.
• Supabase for reading the data you choose to export.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Netlify and Neon for licensing and usage infrastructure.

Information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Retention

Local extension data remains in your Chrome profile until you remove it, clear extension storage, or uninstall the extension. Licensing and payment records may be retained as long as needed to support purchased licenses, comply with legal obligations, and investigate abuse or fraud.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect licensing and payment data. No internet-based service is completely risk-free, so you should only use credentials and access scopes you are comfortable managing. You are responsible for the Supabase and Google permissions you grant to the extension.

Your choices

• You can disconnect or remove saved extension credentials from the extension UI.
• You can uninstall the extension to stop all future local data processing.
